WHAT IS MYSTYCHEST?
Stylechest is a personal styling service created by OGONEWYORK, a styling Boutique located in New York with a passion to transform you from the inside out. Stylechest brings the styling experience of OGONEWYORK to the comfort of your home.
IS THIS A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?
No. You can opt to schedule a chest one time only on demand or as a subscription every other month
You will receive an email to notify you when your next chest is arriving if you select the subscription and it’s easy to cancel. For information about how payment works for automatic deliveries, see our Billing FAQ.
WILL I ONLY RECEIVE ITEMS AVAILABLE IN THE FLAGSHIP STORE OR ONLINE STORE?
No. Stylechest clients are not limited to products available in the physical store or online. We scour showrooms around the world to bring a wide variety of styles that meet your style preferences.
DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL PROGRAM?
Yes! When you share your unique referral link via email, text, or social media, and a friend signs up via your link, you’ll receive a 20% off credit once she orders her first chest. You can earn unlimited referral credits, however, only one may be applied to an order at a time, and they expire 90 days after being earned.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
First we’ll get to know you. You’ll fill out a style profile that tells us about your style, body type, and lifestyle. You’ll also be able to share photos of yourself and link us to your social media profiles. Your expert personal stylist will then create a Stylechest box just for you.
Before your chest is mailed out, a pre authorization will be placed on your card. No money will be deducted from your account. This allows us verify your card.
Once you receive your items, you decide what you love, and send back anything you don’t. You have 5 days to try everything on before you check out and make returns.
You can submit feedback after each stylechest, which helps us send you better and better outfits every time! We offer free shipping and returns.
IS THERE A STYLING FEE?
Yes. For each scheduled Chest, a $20 or $40 styling fee will be charged when your chest is scheduled. The amount charged depends on how you opt to work with your personal stylist.
We believe in freedom of choice. We offer 2 ways to work with your stylist. For a styling fee of $20 you have access to the ‘Surprise me’ package which allows your stylist independently curate your chest with no involvement from you. This means you can look forward to a chest of surprises every other month. The styling fee is credited to any purchases.
The 2nd option, allows you to work 1:1 with your stylist in selecting every item in your chest. No item will be placed without your consent. Once your chest is scheduled, your stylist will text you images of items selected for you. You have 5 days to select, exchange and pick the final items that you want delivered straight to your door. This service is $40.
The styling fee will be credited toward any item you choose to keep. After your chest arrives, you'll receive a check out link that will allow you purchase the items you’d like to keep. Returns are easy. Slip the items you’re returning into the prepaid mailing envelope and drop it into any USPS mailbox or post office . Shipping is always free.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The cost of individual items will range from $25 -$250 depending on the budget preference you select when filling out the questionnaire.
WHAT TYPE OF ITEMS CAN I EXPECT?
We carry a wide range of items including carefully selected dresses, tops, coats, shoes accessories, beauty, skincare and hair care products.
WHAT BRAND CAN I EXPECT IN YOUR LINE?
We work with more than 20 established and up-and-coming labels located around the world. We focus on brands that have exceptional quality. Furthermore our clients love the fact that we introduce them to new brands that bring diversity and freshness to their life. No matter the brand, each piece is picked with your style in mind.
DO YOU OFFER MATERNITY ITEMS?
Yes! We offer maternity items in sizes 0-14 & XS-XL as well as maternity-friendly items in sizes 16-24W. Simply notify us of your due date in your style profile.
CAN YOU STYLE ME THROUGHOUT MY PREGNANCY?
For sizes 0-14 & XS-XL, we can style you through all three trimesters and post-baby. For sizes 16-24W, we can style you with maternity-friendly tops through your second trimester and post-baby. Let us know your due date and your Stylist can take it from there.
WHAT AGES CAN YOU STYLE?
We style all ages. Our passion is to customize your chest to fit YOU. However, you must be at least 18 years old to order a CHEST.
HOW CAN I CHANGE/ RESET MY PASSWORD?
To change your password, log into your account, click “Account Information” and select the change password option.If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the “Forgot Password” link on the Sign In screen.
DO YOU OFFER SHOES?
Yes we do.
CAN I ADD SPECIFIC ITEMS FROM THE ONLINE STORE TO MY CHEST?
Yes you can. When completing your style profile you will be given the opportunity to add items you want from the online store to your chest. To add items to future chests simply email the link of the item from ogonewyork.com to info@mystylechest .
CAN I REQUEST AN ITEM FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION?

WHAT SIZE DO YOU OFFER?
We currently offer petite, standard and plus sizes.
HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?
Simply fill out the style profile which includes questions on your size, fit, style and product preference.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE ITEMS IN MY STYLECHEST FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR?
If you would like your items in a different size or color, simply select the exchange option for that specific item in the feedback section whilst checking out. Your stylist will be sure to take note of that feedback when styling your next box to make it even better! The new item will be shipped out to you within 10 days.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY STYLECHEST?
Upon order placement, you’ll receive your chest within 2 weeks. If you have signed up for a subscription which is every other month, once you receive your first chest within 2 weeks , you can expect to receive the next 60 days after.
WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE TO SHIP STYLECHEST?
We currently ship all stylechest boxes via United States Postal Service. Most boxes arrive within 1-3 business days of shipment, but please allow up to 3-5 business days. USPS will not require a signature for you to receive your package.
For your convenience, returns are also made via USPS. Drop your return package in your mailbox, at your local postoffice or any blue USPS collection box.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O BOXES?
Yes. Because we ship USPS, we are happy to ship to residential addresses or post office boxes.
DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?
Yes we do. For intentional shipments we offer free shipping only.

HOW OFTEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
If you schedule a one time shipment on demand your styling fee will be charged one time only. For shipments scheduled on automatic delivery every other month, the styling fee will be charged every other month.
IS THIS A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?
No. You can opt to schedule a chest on demand, which means one time only or as a subscription, every other month. Our subscription clients love the convenience and ease of automatic deliveries. You will receive an email to notify you when your next chest is arriving.
DOES THE STYLE FEE ROLL OVER IF I DECIDE NOT TO KEEP ANYTHING?
Your styling fee can only be applied to a purchase from your current chest. It doesn’t roll over to your next chest and isn’t refunded. This applies whether you return all your items, or purchase an item that’s less than the cost of the fee.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SEND BACK THE ITEMS I DON'T WANT TO KEEP?
Returns are due back in the mail five business days after you receive the Chest (for example, if your shipment arrives on Monday, we ask that you drop your returns in the mail by saturday ). If the fifth day falls on a Sunday or holiday, please drop your return envelope in the mail the following business day. If your returns aren’t postmarked accordingly or received within the required timeline, we’ll assume you’re keeping all five items and charge your credit card for the entire chest.
Items that have been used or with a broken seal cannot be returned. All items must be returned in its original condition. If returned we will charge your card accordingly.
HOW DO I CHECKOUT
Once you’ve received your stylechest you’ll have 5-days to checkout and postmark any returns. To check out, you will be sent a checkout link. The check out link allows you indicate which items you love and which didn’t hit the mark. Your stylist will use this information to curate an even better assortment for your next stylechest. You can apply a coupon code or gift card at the time of checkout.
Once you have checked out place all of your unwanted garments in the enclosed return envelope with the packing slip and ship your return package back to us using the free shipping label. Please use your local US Post Office carrier to ship back your return.
If you do not checkout within 5 days of receiving your Stylechest (excluding Sundays and postal holidays), your card will be charged for all items. If, after 5 days, you have not checked out but have postmarked your returns, we will wait until we receive your returns to charge you for anything kept.
All returns must be made in new condition with original tags attached. If clothing has been worn, you will be billed for the item(s) and the garment(s) will be sent back to you. Stylechest reserves the right to charge you for this return shipping.

Yes! During self-checkout, you’ll be able to enter up to one coupon code and up to one gift card to be applied to your purchase.
IF THERE IS A SALE ON OGONEWYORK.COM, ARE THOSE PRICES REFLECTED IN STYLECHEST PURCHASES?
Yes. The prices on the OGONEWYORK site is reflected on stylechest.
HOW DO I UPDATE THE FREQUENCY OF MY CHEST OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you selected the subscription and would like to cancel simply email us link. To upgrade from on demand to subscription simply email us link
RETURN & EXCHANGES
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
Returns are always free.You’ll find a prepaid return envelope in the package with your order. Drop your returns at a USPS drop box or the post office.
All items must be returned in new condition and with original tags attached in either the typical 5-day return window or within 30-days of purchase. We will not be able to accept items that show signs of wear, laundering or damage. Any items returned in this state will be added to your stylechest bill and shipped back to your shipping address on file.
